Spotlight: Our Pride Poetry Night hosted by Midnight Books x Whittier Pride!

In a day and age where, in some states, there is an active effort to erase and silence q***r literature & history, we couldn’t be happier to have created a space for our community to come together. We thank you for spending some time with us to celebrate the artistry of two Latinx Q***r Artists, Ale (IG: @/whateverguera) and Mel (IG: @/filmderivera).

A special thank you goes to Gabe (2nd photo) for being the catalyst for the needs of our communities, and his generosity in allowing us to use Midnight Books as a space where we can celebrate our differences and manifest meaningful change.
