You gave your time and energy to care for a place we share. Seeing that many people willing to work together, even in the rain, reminded us how much becomes possible when we have one another.

Turns out, two hours just weren't enough to fit all this belonging into one afternoon!
So we're kicking off Peacehaven's Harvest Celebration an hour earlier! More time for friends, fall festivities, and the kind of community that makes Peacehaven so special.

🏃‍♀️🎃🏃‍♂️We have to brag on everyone who “Hit the Staxx” this past Saturday!

The weather was incredible, the 5K and 10K courses were buzzing, and the costumes gave us a wonderful preview of Halloween.

A huge thank-you to the Greensboro Running Club for being such a fantastic ghost... err, HOST at Revolution Mill! We were honored to be an event beneficiary alongside Ainsley's Angels in North Carolina and the incredible athletes who joined the fun.

Thank you, Greensboro Running Club, for growing a running community where people of all abilities can participate, compete, and belong. That’s a finish line worth celebrating! 🌱

Sometimes a gift is more than a gift. Sometimes it is someone saying:

We believe in this. Keep going.

We are incredibly grateful to the Weaver Foundation for a $500,000 investment in Peacehaven’s Different Together Campaign.

In their letter, they wrote:

“We have immense faith in your continued success.”

That kind of trust carries responsibility to pay it forward.

Believe in somebody else.
Make room for somebody else.
Invest in good work.
Tell someone else that you’re proud of them.

We believe that generosity at its best doesn’t end with the recipient. It keeps moving.

Before you start counting faces, we promise this isn’t the same group posted three times.

This week, Professor Byrd brought three different groups of Elon University students to Peacehaven. Each group arrived curious, asked thoughtful questions, and listened as we shared how community, meaningful work, and belonging are growing side by side here at the farm.

We’re grateful to Professor Byrd for making Peacehaven part of the classroom, and to every student who connected their time here with what they’re studying. These curious leaders give us hope for communities where people of all abilities are welcomed, valued, and given room to grow.
