Friends of Bethlehem Whitney Cemetery

Saturday May 21st is our annual spring meeting. We are asking everyone that has family buried here to please bring your lawn
chairs and join us at 10:00. We are in need of volunteers for the board it doesn’t take a lot of your time but help is needed.
What direction would you like to see things go in the next year or so, we need your input and ideas.

Thanks to everyone that made donations this last year. Without your help we would not be able to maintain the cemetery as we have become to expect.

Saturday May 21 at 10:00 A. M. we will be having our spring meeting. It is extremely important that everyone attend. We need volunteers to be on the board and help decide the direction we want to go in the future. It doesn’t take a lot of your time but it would be nice to have some that give a little time and effort to continue with keeping our cemetery in good shape.
Please bring your lawn chairs and join us at the cemetery on the 20th at 10:00.
Thanks to everyone that has donated this past year we would not be able to maintain our cemetery without your support.

We should be receiving our historical marker shortly.

We want to thank the Aquila Ag department and teacher Lanie Frazier placing flower arrangements on section 5 of our cemetery. They are planning to do a section each month. The arrangements are beautiful. In addition to placing the flowers they also walked the cemetery and picked up trash and straightened other arrangements placed by family members. They are an amazing group of young people and we deeply appreciate their help.
Each flower arrangement placed cost the school $4.00 and you can show your appreciation by donating to the school.

We are now working on identifying and marking unknown graves. So if you have family buried at Bethlehem without markers we can help. For $100.00 we are able to obtain markers with the name , birth date and death date,
