This week, they attended a self-defense class at Apex Martial Arts Center here in Whitman. They were led through some easy yet effective maneuvers to escape different scenarios. The class was led by owner Ian McLindon, who was energetic, encouraging, and kept the class fun!

Last night we had our 6th annual Whitman Mothers Club Candy Cane Crawl! Oh, what a night!

The Whitman Mothers Club is proud to be participating once again in the Holiday Tree Lighting - Annual Decorate for Scholars Event.

In keeping with the theme of our most recent fundraiser - A Toast to Whitman - our subcommittee decorated with wine related decor and they took the opportunity to make ornaments thanking our community sponsors for the event.

Great job to the committee for both creativity and community spirit 👏

🎉 Calling All Community & Student Groups! 🎉

Whitman Mothers Club Annual Craft Fair is coming up soon, and we’d love to give back to the community in a special way! ❤️

This year, we’re donating one free table to a local community group that’s currently fundraising — this could be a Girl Scout troop selling cookies, a Boy Scout troop selling chocolate, a school group selling spirit wear, library group selling books or any community group that has goods to sell in the spirit of fundraising.

If your group would like to be considered, please send us an email with subject line “craft fair” ([email protected] )with:

👉 What you’ll be selling

Please note: To avoid overlap with our host group’s items, we kindly ask that there be no baked goods, raffles, or lottery baskets.

We’ll select one group to join us at this year’s fair — a fun way to support your cause and connect with the community! 🌟

✨🍷Wow. What a night we had last Saturday! 🍷✨

The Whitman Mothers Club is still buzzing from our Toast to Whitman wine tasting event! It was an incredible evening where together we raised a great amount of money for the Whitman community! 💛

We are so grateful to the restaurants, bakeries, shops and services who donated delicious food, fantastic raffle items, and their time — your generosity truly made this fundraiser such a success for the Whitman community! We hope everyone will show some love to the businesses listed below. They support our community time and time again with their generosity — let’s be sure to support them right back!

Hey local mamas (and soon-to-be mamas, grandmas, aunts, and all the amazing women who do it all!), we’d love to invite you to check out Whitman Mothers Club!

We’re a nonprofit group of women (of all ages) who meet once a month for some much-needed adult time, laughs, themed nights (think fun competitions, guest speakers, DIY crafts, and seasonal how-tos).

We also host occasional fundraisers and events open to the public that benefit the community, so there are lots of ways to get involved.

The Whitman Mothers Club had an amazing time participating in the Whitman 150th Celebration parade this weekend!
We were excited to share the news with the town that we are also having a big anniversary... WMC celebrates 80 years as a Club this year, having started in WWII in 1945! While none of the current members were members back then 😄 we are proud to be carrying on the traditions of community support through our fundraisers and as a social club for moms of all ages and stages!
