Happening Now: Off-duty firefighters have been requested for station coverage due to multiple calls including a mutual aid call to East Bridgewater Fire Department.

Update: East Bridgewater has requested another mutual aid ambulance for an EMS call. A box has been struck for coverage.

This morning in-between calls, firefighters assigned to Group-4 conducted extrication training on available cars set to be junked. They worked on several different techniques using a lot of our available extrication equipment.

This morning in between calls, firefighters working with Group-2 trained on vehicle extrication techniques on some donated junk vehicles. Firefighters used hydraulic cutting and spreading tools, stabilizing jacks as well as hand tools.
