The Middle of Hope

10/05/2026

The Middle School Sunday School class came up with a way to study the things in the Bible they want to learn about!!
They wrote down topics/Bible books/Biblical figures that they want to know about. Each week, we are drawing a topic out in class and studying that until the following Sunday!!!!!
The topic for Sunday, October 12th will be the book of Ezra (this will take a couple Sundays but we’ll start on the 12th)!

Happy Birthday to our Pastor!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PASTOR BRUCE DIXON!

On Today, help us celebrate not only an incredible Pastor, but an incredible man.

Pastor Bruce Dixon, Head Pastor of Hope City Church, is a true community leader, servant, mentor, and friend. Your heart for God, and your willingness to pour into others has made an impact that reaches far beyond the walls of the church.

You are genuinely one of the best men God has blessed our community with, and we are thankful for the example you continue to set. Thank you for leading with faith, serving with humility, and always being willing to stand in the gap for others.

May God continue to bless you with wisdom, strength, favor, and many more years of life and ministry. May this next year be filled with greater blessings, open doors, and everything God has in store for you!

Happy Birthday, Pastor Bruce!
We love and appreciate you, and we are honored to call you our pastor and friend.
God bless you today and always!

Tonight our lesson was about REAL versus FAKE light!
Neon powder takes the sun to charge it up to make it GLOW in the dark! And it can lose that glow!!
BUT real light IS LIGHT, period!
Jesus is that light!!!! And real light, that we carry, should always point to him!
Don’t fall for the fake stuff!!
Matthew 5:16
