On July 24th, Whitewater Delta Chi brothers from the 1970s met and enjoyed the afternoon. We had a great time reminiscing and renewing our brotherhood. Remined us how blessed we were to be part of this wonderful brotherhood!

The Chapter and Corporation are happy to share that earlier this month we received a letter of recognition from The Whitewater Landmarks Commission recognizing our efforts in restoring the Chapter House!

Everyone, after more than 30 years of need, 5 years of development of a plan and 2 years to implement that plan, our siding project is completed. Special thanks to everyone that made this possible. It looks amazing! Stop by to see the results in person!

Day three of the face lift. Making great progress.

After 149 years, the painted lady at 707 W. Main Whitewater, WI begins to receiving a much needed face lift. A project that has been on the wish list of several generations of Whitewater Delta Chi’s becomes reality. This is the first physical step in the process to return this beautiful old house back to its Victorian glory. We will replace the 149 year old siding and trim with pre painted LP Smart Siding, the outer soffit and facia boards will be covered with color match aluminum. And a new gutter system will be installed.

Future projects will address the needs of the porches, the inner soffits and the beautiful architecture detail of the building.
