On Saturday, April 22, 2023, the MVPs and VIPs hosted our biannual game day/pizza lunch. Twice a year, we invite members of The Shield in Bayside for a day of fun and games! We had excellent weather this time around, which allowed for some rounds of baseball, soccer, and kickball!

(The Shield provides services for children and adults with special needs and disabilities.)

It's almost Super Bowl Sunday! You know what that means...it's almost time for our annual SouperBowl of Caring fundraiser. For the last decade, members of the MVPs and VIPs have been standing in the Holy Trinity Whitestone NY vestibule holding soup pots for the purpose of raising funds to stock our local food pantries. During the spring, the MVPs and VIPs then use the money raised to shop at a local supermarket for much needed food items. The kids then drop off the food at local pantries, primarily the St. Fidelis Food Pantry and First Reformed Church of College Point.
