October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, and we honor the lives and losses that too often go unspoken.
🕯️ To anyone who has experienced loss: You are seen. You are not alone. Access to compassionate care and support after loss matters, especially in rural communities like ours. Let’s continue to hold space, reduce stigma, and advocate for healthcare systems that meet every part of our reproductive journeys.

Your breasts change throughout your life, and knowing what’s normal for you can help you notice when something feels different. Not every change means cancer, but it’s always okay to ask questions and talk to a healthcare provider when something doesn’t feel right.

LGBTQ+ History Month is a time to recognize the people and movements that helped shape healthcare as we know it. 🏳️‍🌈

During the HIV/AIDS crisis, LGBTQ+ activists organized, demanded research and treatment, challenged healthcare systems, and made sure patients had a voice. Their work helped push HIV/AIDS from a crisis being ignored to a public health issue demanding research, treatment, and action.

We remember their history and the impact it continues to have on healthcare today.
