Let’s clear up a common birth control myth!

Myth: Birth control causes infertility. ❌

Fact: Your future fertility is not ruined by birth control. 💚 Research shows that most people return to their usual fertility after stopping contraception. Some methods may take a little time for your body to adjust, but a temporary delay does not mean infertility.

Your reproductive health decisions should be based on facts, not fear. Whether you're thinking about starting birth control, switching methods, stopping contraception, or planning for a future pregnancy, you deserve clear answers and support.
