💙⚾️ WYB FIELD CARE OPPORTUNITY — SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER ⚾️💙

Whiteland Youth Baseball is looking to partner with a local lawn‑care provider to help keep our fields from getting overgrown during the fall season.

We’re proud to work with hometown businesses that share our love for community and youth sports. If you offer mowing and weed‑eating services and want to be part of the WYB family, we’d love to connect! Looking for maybe every 10 - 14 day mowing of the 5 fields and walking areas between the fields and one strip outside of the outer boundary fences.

🔥 Travel Team Tryouts and Baseball Camps — Information for WYB Families 🔥

Whiteland Youth Baseball is excited to support every player’s baseball journey — whether that’s continuing to grow in our Rec League or exploring opportunities beyond it.

As travel programs begin announcing their upcoming tryouts, we want to make sure our families have the information they need without taking away from the heart of WYB — our Rec League community. Rec baseball remains the foundation of our program, the place where players develop, have fun, and build lifelong love for the game.

That said, we know some families may be interested in learning about travel options. While we’re happy to share general tryout dates and info as a courtesy to our players:

👉 Whiteland Youth Baseball is not directly affiliated with any travel organization.
👉 We do not endorse, operate, or partner with any specific travel team.
👉 All decisions regarding travel participation are entirely up to each family.

Our mission stays the same — to provide an incredible, community‑driven baseball experience for every player who steps onto our fields. Whether your athlete plays Rec, Travel, or both, we’re proud to support their growth and passion for the game.

A huge THANK YOU to all of the coaches, players, families, and volunteers who came out today to celebrate an incredible season at our “End of Season Award Celebration”!

We are truly grateful for each and every one of you.

🏆 Whiteland Youth Baseball Awards Ceremony — This Saturday!

It’s time to celebrate the heart of WYB baseball — the effort, the teamwork, and the unforgettable moments that made this season shine!

Join us Saturday at Whiteland High School in the Glenn Ray Gymnasium for our official Awards Ceremony:

• Tee Ball: 10:00 AM
• All Other Divisions: 11:00 AM

Players should wear their jersey (hat optional).
No full uniform needed — tennis shoes only inside the gym. Players and coaches come early to gather as a team. 11:00 slot, please wait until the 10:00 session is done before piling into the gym as to not disrupt the ceremony. Also, please remain seated until the end of the specific program you are attending.

We’ll be handing out individual WYB trophies to all teams and players that didn’t make the finals. Champion and Finalist Trophies for AA, Champion and Finalist Rings for AAA, and Champion and Finalist Rings for MLB will be handed out after the game on Monday as games tonight were cancelled due to weather but teams will still be recognized in anticipation of Mondays games! Join us as we celebrate every player’s dedication and spirit.

Let’s pack the gym with cheers, smiles, and big-time energy — because every kid in this league deserves their moment in the spotlight.

âšľ Tournament Week: Night 3 Was Pure Chaos (the good kind)!

Night 3 came in swinging — big crowds, big moments, and baseball that had everyone on their feet.

First, a huge shoutout to the Aces, Fighting Amish, Rockets, and Indians. These teams battled all season long and left everything they had out on the diamond tonight. Hold those heads high — the work you put in matters, and your next chapter starts now.

Now crank up the volume for the squads still dancing:
Rascals, Wolfpack, Honey Badgers, and Misfits — you punched your tickets to Championship Friday and the park absolutely erupted.

And speaking of championships…
Tomorrow’s lineup is set and it’s a good one:

• AA Championship: Rascals (A) vs Wolfpack (H)
• AAA Championship: Honey Badgers (A) vs Misfits (H)
• MLB Championship: Dodgers (A) vs Reds (H)

Three games. Three titles. One unforgettable night — as long as the rain and storms slide right past us. Fingers crossed, prayers up, and good vibes only.

But we’re not done celebrating this league yet.
Don’t forget: Awards Ceremony is Saturday at Whiteland High School in the Glenn Ray Gymnasium.

âšľ Tournament Week: Night 2 Brought the Heat!

Night 2 did not disappoint — the energy was loud, the crowds were rowdy, and the baseball was electric.

First, hats off to the Alpha Dawgs, Renegades, Base Invaders, and Marlins. What a season. These squads battled every step of the way and left it all on the field. Hold those heads high and keep grinding — next season is already calling.

And now… crank up the noise for the teams moving on:
Rascals, Misfits, Indians, and Dodgers — you’re dancing into the next round! Big swings, big moments, big-time baseball.

Tournament Week rolls right into Night 3 on Thursday at 6:30 PM, and the stakes only get higher from here. More teams will punch their ticket toward Championship Friday, and the atmosphere is going to be wild.

Bring the energy. Bring the cheers. Bring the whole crew.
These kids have worked all season for this stage — let’s pack the park and make Night 3 unforgettable.

Night 1 came out swinging, and what a start to Tournament Week it was!

Huge shoutout to the Warhawks, Yankees, Flying Squirrels, and White Sox on an awesome season packed with grit, growth, and big‑time moments. Keep those heads high and those swings sweet — next season starts sooner than you think.

And let’s fire up some congratulations for the squads moving on:
Fighting Amish, Wolfpack, Honey Badgers, and Reds — you punched your ticket to the next round!

The energy doesn’t slow down from here.
Night 2 is coming in hot with even more baseball, more drama, and more teams battling to lock in their spots in the semifinals and finals.

Bring your voices, bring your cheers, and come support these kids who’ve been grinding all season to get to this moment. Tournament Week magic is just getting started.
