🔥 Beat the heat this week! If you're surviving without A/C, use our Commoners' hack to stay cool: Fill a mason jar with ice and cold water, seal it tight, and keep it on your lap or against your torso. As the ice melts, it absorbs heat from your body, helping you stay comfortable even in the heat!

🌬️ Also, open your windows at night for fresh air, and close them in the morning to keep heat out. Keep an eye on your pets, who may point you to the coolest spots! And take it easy outside; it’s a great time to relax! 💧❄️
