💚 As June comes to a close, we’re wrapping up PTSD Awareness Month with a simple reminder:

It’s okay to have tough days. It’s okay to not feel okay. And it’s okay to ask for help.

PTSD can be overwhelming, especially for those living with a brain injury — but there is hope, healing, and support. You are not alone. 💬

We want to remind everyone to take a moment and put safety first. Here are a few ways to stay safe:

🔹 Use handrails when available
🔹 Wear proper footwear
🔹 Take your time — don’t rush
