1499 Wilson Ave... This is where my beautiful journey began. At the young age of 19 years old I purchased this home 5 br Cape Cod for myself and my only child with Hope's of becoming a stable happy home owner. However life would prove that was easier said than done. Once I got into this home I learned quickly just how much research I missed and quickly became riddled with "homeowner Issues" Everything you could imagine to be wrong with a home was wrong with this one. And after many quotes i decided to start making repairs on my own. I took classes and had many mentors ... Few years after I foreclosed on this home and it was one of the saddest periods of my life. And as I sit here today I now recall it as the very best lesson in my life that elevated me to where I am today. Because if this painful lesson learned many years ago I have the ability to help others not make the same mistakes as well as it has helped me build my empire. I am so proud to say i foreclosed at 22 years old vs 35 or 40. I have gained knowledge and skill through that misfortune and I can help you also🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
