Powdered Soul is a nonprofit dedicated to helping youth members in the Flathead Valley earn funds for extracuricular activities. We award scholarship funds based on the amount of work a participant completes for the community. We want to assist these youth in following their passions now, while giving them life skills to help them succeed in their passions as adults.

We’re incredibly grateful to the for awarding Powdered Soul a $6,000 grant for our Volunteer & Winter Sports Scholarship program!

This grant directly helps us expand access for youth across the Flathead Valley-reducing financial barriers to winter sports while connecting participants with meaningful volunteer opportunities in our community.

Because of this support, more kids will be able to get on snow and give back to their community that supports them.

Thank you to the Whitefish Community Foundation for investing in our mission and in the next generation of community-minded leaders.

And that’s a wrap on Powdered Soul’s 2025 season! 🎉 We closed it out slinging drinks at Oktoberfest 🍻 and cheering on as she crushed the Half Marathon — all in support of Powdered Soul kids. 💪Huge thanks to our sponsors and this incredible community for showing up and backing our mission every step of the way. 💙

This past Saturday, Powdered Soul participants and board members rolled up their sleeves for a trail cleanup at Lone Pine State Park! 💪✨
Being active in our community is at the heart of what we do — and giving back to the public lands we love to explore is just as important. 🌿💚
Grateful for the chance to preserve the spaces that inspire us.
