Portraits in the Park (PIP) is back again this year! PIP is the Bay Orchestra Boosters’ main fundraiser, and the proceeds directly support the WFB School Orchestras. Photographer Jorie Johansen is once again collaborating with the Orchestra Boosters to offer professional portrait sittings for individuals, families, high school seniors, and even family pets.

This year, PIP will take place at Lake Park in Milwaukee. Sessions will be offered on:
September 26 and October 11: 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
September 27 and October 10: 1:30–5:30 p.m.

We hope you will consider signing up and supporting our orchestra students.

National Volunteer Week, observed April 19-25, marks over 50 years of honoring the dedication, compassion, and service of volunteers across the country. This year, organizations throughout the nation are celebrating Global Volunteers Month (April 1-30) and the many ways individuals are driving meaningful
change in their communities and throughout the world. The MPA would like to thank all of our wonderful parents & grandparents, students, teachers and staff who help us support our Whitefish Bay music departments.
