For Christmas, we are doing another cook to provide for families in need in our local community. In addition to the cook, we will be taking orders for anyone who would like to order food for Christmas dinner!

This is a great opportunity to partner with us to feed many families in need through partner ministries and churches, and most importantly, advance the kingdom of God by acting out the Great Commission to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. (We also make some great food for you and your family to enjoy).

Details: We will be cooking on December 22nd and 23rd to ensure that food is ready in advance for pickup.

Order deadline is December 16th, and food can be picked up at 3387 HWY 411, White, GA.

We are so Thankful for partners who go above and beyond to assist us at 2nd Genesis ministries, Not's Logistics and Josh put forth extra efforts on this very cold day to get our pallet racks installed. It is going to open up our floor space and help us better organize the warehouse. Thank You Josh for getting it done

Update from Trade TN (on the East TN NC boarder)
As the sun casts its beauty over the changing leaves of the mountains of Trade Tennessee, the valley below it still looks like a war zone in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The devastation is still visible and effecting this community.

Our team went to share the love of Jesus Christ through feeding the community physically and spiritually.

There were 4 generations of God’s children representing 5 churches from Bartow County serving together.

Approximately 2000 meals were cooked and served, people were prayed with and loved on by the team. One young lady even got a flat tire changed. She insisted on helping serve others while her tire was being replaced by one of our team members. She was a blessing to us all!

One lady said, “ you have no idea how much a hot meal means to me and my family. We have a kitchen and power, but I don’t have the mental capacity to even think about fixing a meal with all that’s going on around me. We spend every minute trying to put our home back together.”

Another gentleman who was visibly not okay emotionally said, “it’s just stuff. I’m blessed that I didn’t have to go to one of my family members funeral”

Another lady asked for prayers for herself to be able to handle talking to those around her that are hurting and have lost so much when she didn’t have any damage to her family or property. She felt guilt and didn’t even know how to share Hope to those around her.

These folks are tired and overwhelmed with trying to find a normal when it has been washed away from them. Many of them are our brothers and sisters in Christ, our Faith Family. Please continue to pray for God to comfort the people of this area and to reveal His Kingdom to them.

Thank you to all who have prayed, donated time to load and unload trailers, donated materials and financially. You are appreciated and you are a part if this work!

Just another thank you at this point does not seem like enough! We are so humbled and yes Thankful over these past few weeks for everything that has been done by you and so many others to allow us to serve in this disastrous time to families in E.Tenn and W.NC . We can't fix these problems nor can we change lives, but we were able to serve hot meals, take needed essential's but most of all share the hope of Jesus Christ that each of their lives can and will be better because of His Love for each of them. Yes, this is a huge wide spread area of total destruction that they are going to deal with for a very long time, this alone brings heart break to so many but even there these mountain people came with smiles and gratitude that we came to serve them. This last trip took us to the state line of ET&WNC where we were able to not only cook meals and serve but also meet others who came from New Jersey, Pennsylvania as well as most of the South East States who also felt a call to serve in some way. Construction crews from Kentucky, West Virginia as well as local companies and families who saw the need to sacrifice both time and money to help someone else. You see even in this (all about me) time that we are living in, good people, God's people, are standing up, giving, and allowing God to bless those in need as well as those who give. Always after returning from one of these trips comes a time of reflection, did we do it right, were our efforts worthwhile, what could we have done better! this is the point of our emotions that come and hopefully bring insight to both us as individuals and as our ministry to be open to God's Holy Spirit in moving forward. We have been WOWED by the generosity of you and others to allow us this time of service,as well as the opportunity to GO and SHARE the HOPE that JESUS brings to those who will TRUST in HIM in these times of storms and trouble. There have been many God Stories in the past month both here at home and in these disaster zones, this is what we can bring back to share with you! Hopefully you will be interested in what you helped us see and do, so please ask, so we can share with you these memories both good and bad, but how God put His hand around each one.
