This time of year is very busy - taking a break can be difficult, and being able to do so with people who you care about can be an even bigger challenge.
Saturday, 10OCT2026, our hometown American Legion Post & Auxiliary in conjunction with the City of White Community Club are offering a chance for a quick meal that you can bring home or take out to the field and bring a little savory happiness into the lives of your loved ones.
The meal will be served from 5:00 to 7:00PM at the McKnight Hall Community Center and is designed to be a grab-and-go event, though if you would like to enjoy the meal with us at the Hall you are welcome to do so.
For $10, you will get a freshly cooked hamburger, a bag of chips, a bottle of water, and cookies for dessert. The proceeds from the meal will be invested into the upcoming McKnight Hall Remodel.
We hope that as the harvest season gets underway everyone in the Community finds blessings in what they are doing and that we all find something to celebrate as we work through this season in preparation for the coming Winter.
