Good morning, our next meeting is Monday 15 June at 445pm. We will hold our meeting at American Legion Post 57 in Lake City. Please plan on attending and bring a friend.

The Department of Florida, DAVA and DAV are holding a food drive. Please bring any canned food to the meeting and I will take it to the State Convention . Specifically looking for:
Canned Tuna, Chicken.....
Protein Bars
Canned Fruit and Vegetables

Voted to sponsor 3 High School student for the summer volunteer program at Lake City Veterans Hospital

Good of the Order:
We are saddened to learn of the passing of Larry Potts, DAV Life Member and longtime member of 126. There will be a celebration of life Saturday 23 May at American Legion Post 57 3 - 5 pm

Westwood Baptist Church in Live Oak is having a Memorial Day Service Wednesday 20 May 9am All Veterans are welcome

American Legion Post 57 Lake City will have a Memorial Day Observation Monday May 25th 11am

American Legion Post 107 McAlpin will have a Memorial Day Observation Monday May 25th 11am

Thank you to those that came out to Mondays meeting. We had our average turnout, still plenty of room to improve. Please plan on attending our May 18 meeting and bring a friend.
