Progress update from Avalon Drive: our team has been hard at work on site design for this future neighborhood in Hood River, and we're excited to share where things stand.
The renderings here show what this development could look like — 42 permanently affordable homes for local working families, a mix of townhomes and detached homes designed by our partners at Design Research Office. Every home will be sold through our ground lease model, keeping it affordable not just for the first buyer, but for every family after them.
Next month, we're getting ready to submit our application for state funding through Oregon Housing and Community Services — a major step toward turning this design into homes on the ground.
