✨ The South Carolina Dance Association is now seeking a host location for the February 2027 State Dance Championships! ✨

This exciting event brings together talented dancers and programs from across the state for a weekend of performance, passion, and school spirit. We are looking for a venue ready to help us create an unforgettable championship experience for students, coaches, and spectators.

Interested schools or facilities should be able to accommodate:
🏆 Competition performance (gymnasium/arena floor)
🎟️ Spectator seating for at least 1200
💃 Warm-up and team areas
📍 Convenient access for teams across South Carolina
If your school or venue is interested in hosting the 2027 State Dance Championships, we would love to hear from you!

The South Carolina Dance Association (SCDA) hosted its inaugural Dance Performance Assessment (DPA) for K–12 programs across the state on March 11–12, 2026 at Coker University.
This event marked an exciting step forward for dance education—bringing together talented students, passionate educators, and a shared commitment to growth, creativity, and excellence in performance. 💃🕺
