Do prison detainees have rights?

How long should people who are arrested wait in prison to learn that their cases have been dismissed?

What repercussions are there for police officers who arrest people who are then held in jail against their will for reasons that result in dismissed cases?

Why is jail a danger to public safety?

Should sheriffs be reprimanded for ordering inmates to fight other inmates?
