Charter member Lena Anderson served as the fourth President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Pi Iota Omega Chapter, and is celebrated as a woman whose leadership, compassion, and lifelong dedication to education have left an enduring imprint on the chapter and the community it serves.
Initiated into the Alpha Delta Chapter at Morgan State University, Lena embraced the values of scholarship, service, and sisterhood early in her journey of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®️. She carried those ideals with her into every stage of her life, shaping her work as an educator and her leadership within Pi Iota Omega.
As President, Lena brought the heart of a teacher to the chapter—guiding with patience, nurturing growth, and encouraging her sisters to pursue excellence in all endeavors.
