The Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize Natasha Caputo, Director of Westchester County Tourism & Film, as a 2026 Hispanic Women of Impact Honoree.

Natasha is a dynamic leader driving Westchester’s thriving $2.4 billion tourism industry and positioning the County as a premier destination for travel, meetings, sports, and film production.

Through strategic marketing, partnerships, and destination development, she has helped make Westchester one of New York’s most sought-after filming destinations, generating significant economic activity and supporting thousands of local jobs.

Her leadership and innovative work have earned national recognition, including being named one of HSMAI’s “Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Optimization and Distribution.” She was also appointed by Governor Kathy Hochul to the New York State Tourism Advisory Council.

With more than 20 years of experience in finance, entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and community development, Veronica has dedicated her career to expanding economic opportunities and helping entrepreneurs and communities thrive.

A proud Latina, she is especially committed to empowering Hispanic entrepreneurs by breaking down barriers to business education and access to capital. Her work includes developing culturally relevant Spanish-language programs and resources that help business owners strengthen their companies and confidently navigate the financial system.

As a NALCAB Pete Garcia Community Economic Development Fellow, Veronica is also leading the development of a Beauty Industry Business Accelerator focused on empowering women entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, and access to capital.

✨ Honoring a woman whose journey is defined by resilience, entrepreneurship, and service.
The Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize Claudia Gomez as a 2026 Hispanic Women of Impact Honoree.

Originally from Colombia, Claudia came to the United States 25 years ago with her husband and young daughter in search of new opportunities. With talent, determination, and a passion for design, she transformed a dream into reality.

In 2002, Claudia co-founded AC Designs, growing what began in her living room into a successful custom design company that now serves residential and commercial clients and proudly employs 11 people.

Beyond her entrepreneurial success, Claudia is deeply committed to giving back. Through her support of organizations like Neighbors Link, Bedford Hispanos Unidos, and LUCA, she continues to empower immigrant and Hispanic communities across Westchester.

Following the passing of her business partner and dear friend, Ana, in 2024, Claudia has carried their shared vision forward with strength and grace, while welcoming her daughter, Laura, into the family business.

The Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize Guilda Tavarez as a 2026 Hispanic Women of Impact Honoree.

As a Supervisor with the Westchester County Probation Department, Guilda has dedicated her career to public safety, education, and mentoring. From training law enforcement professionals across New York to presenting before international delegates on gang prevention, her work has made a lasting impact both locally and beyond.

Guilda is also the creator of the GEL Mentor Program, an initiative that has grown into an intervention and prevention program within the Department of Probation, helping guide and support individuals toward brighter futures.

Her commitment to leadership, community collaboration, and empowering others exemplifies what it means to make a difference.

✨ Honoring a leader who is transforming lives through service and advocacy.

The Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize Jirandy Martinez as a 2026 Hispanic Women of Impact Honoree.

As the Executive Director of the Community Resource Center (CRC), Jirandy has dedicated her career to empowering immigrant and low-income families by expanding access to education, legal services, workforce development, and community advocacy.

The daughter of hardworking Colombian immigrants and a lifelong Mamaroneck resident, Jirandy’s passion for social justice has guided her journey—from volunteering as an ESL teacher at CRC to leading the organization as its Executive Director.

Her commitment to creating opportunities and building stronger, more inclusive communities has earned her numerous recognitions, including New York State Women of Distinction and Crain’s Notable Hispanic Leaders. She also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Nonprofit Westchester, where she continues to champion collaboration and strengthen the nonprofit sector across the region.

Congratulations, Jirandy, on this well-deserved honor! Thank you for your leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to empowering others.
