The White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival

The White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival Since 1962, The White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival has organized and promoted an annual fine arts and The festival will be on June 4 and 5, 2022.

The festival is held annually the weekend after Memorial Day, in Tibbits Park from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. All proceeds go toward art scholarships for selected White Plains High School seniors who are pursuing art education at the college level. Admission is free.
