Teens Under Construction is a mentoring and counseling service for teens ages 15-24.We are a program that prepares youth and young adults for a successful transition to adulthood using Hip Hop as a tool. I believe that through education and emotional support students have the ability to succeed. As a mentoring service, TUC will provide individual and group counseling geared to improve interpersona

l skills, social skills, and work performance skills. TUC will work closely with the community to integrate our youth into the work community. Life begins with you, if you do not care for yourself you can not help anyone else. At Teens Under Construction, we build strong minds and good and healthy hearts to promote bright futures.

Westchester County Youth Bureaus, we are excited to once again partner with you and your communities!
This year, we’ll be providing 21 engaging workshops for youth — three in each participating town. Our workshops will focus on healthy relationships, consent, conflict mediation, and other essential life skills that empower young people to build strong connections, make informed decisions, and thrive.
A special shout-out to the Westchester County Youth Bureau for believing in the work we do and for its continued commitment to investing in the growth, well-being, and success of young people throughout the county.

Feeling incredibly grateful and honored to have presented on Hip-Hop Therapy at the NYC NASW Conference . To be in a space filled with passionate professionals, meaningful conversations, and cultural connection was truly inspiring.

A huge shoutout to all of the participants — your energy, engagement, openness, and participation made the presentation such an amazing experience. Thank you for showing up, sharing space, and recognizing the importance of culturally relevant therapeutic practices. What a great day of networking, learning, and presenting alongside fellow professionals in the field of social work! It was an honor to share our knowledge and engage with such an amazing audience, both in person and online.
