TOPIC: WINNING THE PERFECT ROLE TODAY
Marty Latman
The 2026 Kick off Westchester Networking Organization will host Marty Latman, Career Coach, Mentor and CPA, Fractional CFO. This session will address those that are ‘in career’ transition that learn to navigate as they search for that perfect role. Specifically learn how to reply to the standard question of, “So Tell Me About Yourself”. As well, how to manage the obstacle and perception by the hiring manager that you are ‘overqualified’.
Mary Latman will show how to explain to others our Professional Value in under two minutes and leverage “Being Overqualified” to our advantage
Attendees are encouraged to bring questions to this open forum style session. The focus this month is attendee and address what you want to know, what do you want to talk about.
