"The party's over, It's time to call it a day". Congratulations to the winner of the Perry Award for Scenic Design. In the absence of other claims, I will consider myself "FIRST RUNNER UP"! Our team transformed an empty dining hall in FOUR DAYS into a theater with set, lights and sound in time for Tech Week!
A special thanx to the efforts of : Constructions Lead Joe Vinciguerra, and :
Paul Olson, Jim Phillips, Rich Pfeiffer, Don Schlachter Lucie Kunka Janet DePaolo, Cynthia Okamoto, Kristin Keiser, Mike Johnson, and all the volunteers.
Under the watchful eye of Our Stage Manager Lona Nonni and our director Rob Nonni who eventually approved each of my nit-picking demands.
Thanx to my long-suffering wife Elaine who kept asking “if you have time for all his what about your household chores ?”
Oh, and a special thanx to the entire cast and crew who stayed after the final matinee to tear down the set! THANK YOU ALL.
