Bright Futures Family Page Prenatal-3 PAT program supporting children & families by providing opportunities to grow together

Mission Statement: Our mission is to promote the healthy early development, learning, and well-being of all children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers. We believe that the early years are critical for laying the foundation for lifelong success; that parents and caregivers are a child's first and most influential teachers; and that every family deserves equitable opportunities

to thrive. Grounded in research and guided by a deep respect for cultural diversity, we are committed to delivering inclusive, evidence-based support that honors the unique strengths of every family.

What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the year with our Bright Futures families! ☀️🛝🍧

Our End-of-the-Year Picnic was made possible through a grant from the Tracy Family Foundation in partnership with the Family Dinner Project. We were so thankful for the opportunity to spend the day together building connections and making memories with our families.

Families enjoyed sharing a meal together picnic-style on blankets, planting seeds to take home and grow, exploring our new Bright Futures playground, and cooling off with snow cones on a beautiful day. One of the best parts was simply spending time together, sharing stories, laughter, and conversation as a community.

Thank you to all of our families for making this year so special. We loved celebrating with you! 💙

“Thank you to and for supporting our community meal program! "

May is Mental Health Awareness Month💚

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Together we can help break the stigma by encouraging open conversations, offering support, understanding, and hope for those who may be struggling.
No one should feel alone in their journey. By raising awareness and supporting one another, we can build healthier, stronger communities for everyone.
We are grateful to stand alongside our community partners to promote awareness, education, and support for mental wellness.
