Obi and Houston don't know why no one has called to see them. They are purrfect boys who are sooo affectionate, playful and love being with their persons. Are you able to foster Buddy for a couple weeks while his foster is on vacation? Buddy is an adorable Wheaten Terrier mix who is approx. 2 yrs old. He is neutered, vaccinated and housebroken. ADOPTED - Foster kittens, Roman and Hazel, have taken a liking to the foster's dog. She is a very laid-back, respectful dog who thinks the kittens are hers. :)

Second Chance Animal Rescue's Generosity + MN SNAP’s Accessible Veterinary Care

= Nearly 3,500 Pets Spayed/Neutered Since 2014

Second Chance Animal Rescue’s dedication to cats and dogs begins with rescuing, caring for, and adopting out homeless pets into loving homes. But it doesn’t end there.

Second Chance is also deeply committed to the prevention of pet overpopulation. This commitment includes generous funding over the past twelve years to support MN SNAP’s spay and neuter services for community cats and pets in low-income households.

Between January and June 2026, Second Chance Animal Rescue’s generosity supported MN SNAP services for 84 cats and 19 dogs and their loving families as well as 89 community cats and their kind caretakers.
