Looking for a great full or part-time teaching opportunity this school year? My Little Gan Preschool, a Jewish, Reggio-inspired preschool in Hoboken, NJ, seeks lead and assistant teachers for the 2019-20 school year.
My Little Gan strives to educate young children in a respectful and evocative learning environment, helping them grow into self-aware, empathetic, capable learners for life. Our philosophy focuses on celebrating the expression of each child. We believe that as educators, it is our role to observe our students, listen to their questions and their stories, find what interests them, and then provide them with opportunities to explore their interests further. We place a great emphasis on hands-on discovery and the arts.
The Ideal candidate is a warm, loving, responsible, and organized team player. Candidates should have prior preschool experience, and be passionate educators, who are committed to a quality and progressive teaching philosophy. Candidates possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Hebrew Language familiarity and some Reggio background are a definite plus.
