Don't miss your last chance to use your WIC benefits at the Brooke County Farmers Market this season!! 🍅🥒🫑🌶️🌽

It’s the last market of the season today from 4-7. We love seeing our wonderful regulars and all the new customers we’ve met this year.

I want to give a special heartfelt thank you to our amazing vendors and show up week after week. We wouldn’t be a success without you! And secondly to our wonderful customers that come out to support us, even in all the many rain storms or heat advisories we had this year. And third to the City of Wellsburg, West Virginia for giving us this amazing space in beautiful downtown to call our own ❤️

This isn’t the end though, only the beginning! Most of our vendors are starting into their busy season with fall and winter fairs and festivals. Make sure you’re following all of their social media channels to keep up with their ever changing content

The health benefits of breastfeeding are well-researched for baby and parent! 🤱
Data from the USDA show that breastfeeding support efforts helped increase the number of WIC families who chose to start breastfeeding to 70% in 2022. While there’s still work to do, let’s celebrate the wins and strive for even stronger breastfeeding support this and beyond! 💖
