We are pleased to partner with Altenheim Resource & Referral Services and Family Service-Upper Ohio Valley to bring you this opportunity to learn more about Parkinson’s disease and the resources available to those living with the condition and their loved ones.

The distribution will be Monday thru Friday 9 am to 2 pm until they are gone.

We will only have 100 vouchers from the WV Department of Agriculture.
