As we celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness Month, the National Down Syndrome Society is featuring one DS fact a day on their social media. Today's fact: "Quality educational programs, a stimulating home environment, good healthcare, and positive support from family, friends, and the community enable people with Down syndrome to lead fulfilling and productive lives."

Easterseals is proud to play a role in providing life-changing solutions to children with Down syndrome and other disabilities and delays day after day, month after month, year after year. We are proud of our staff, clients, families, and supporters who all contribute to our clients' successes!

Dunked for a cause! 💦🧡🙏🏻💰
WTRF has been a partner of Easterseals for decades, and we are grateful for their continued support of local children with disabilities and developmental delays. WTRF Anchor Steven Moore (far left) and Meteorologist Zach Coleman (second from right) stopped by today with Ohio Valley Trades and Labor Assembly President Dave Cantrell and WTRF News Director/Easterseals Board Member Keri Brown (far right) to present a check for $360 to Easterseals Marketing and Development Director Betsy Bethel-McFarland. Steven and Zach raised the money by getting dunked over and over in the OVTLA dunk tank at the Upper Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival this summer. Thank you to everyone who sponsored and donated. Huge thanks the two gentleman for getting out there for a good cause! 🤩🥰
