Formerly known as Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Upper Ohio Valley, the Youth Mentoring Network creates meaningful connections between local youth and dedicated adult mentors who are committed to helping children succeed.

🌟 Elm Grove Business Association Business of the Month 🌟

This month, we are proud to spotlight the Youth Mentoring Network through Youth Services System, Inc.! 💙

Since 1974, YSS has been making a difference in the lives of local youth, and the Youth Mentoring Network continues that mission by connecting young people ages 6–17 with caring adult mentors who provide encouragement, guidance, and positive support.

Through one-on-one mentoring relationships, local volunteers help youth build confidence, improve social skills, and navigate life’s challenges with someone in their corner. Over 93% of mentored youth have shown improvement in areas like academics, self-esteem, confidence, happiness, and social skills. 🙌

The Elm Grove Business Association thanks the Youth Mentoring Network for the incredible impact they continue to make throughout the Ohio Valley!
