Donations are sold in our store and monies made from the store helps Ohio and surrounding counties with utility assistance.

Donations may be made until 30 minutes before closing time. In 1833, Frederic Ozanam, a 20 year-old student at Sorbonne University in Paris, together with several of his friends, began to serve the poor. They took as their patron the French Saint and champion of the poor, Vincent de Paul. From these simple beginnings, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul has grown into a worldwide organization with

some 900,000 members in over 130 countries. By the grace of God, Ozanam's dream of "embracing the whole world in a network of love" has become a reality. Members of the Society are known as "Vincentians.". Believing in the words of Jesus - that whatever is done for the least of their brothers and sisters is done for Christ (Matthew 25:40) Vincentians personally reach out to the poor and needy. These men and women are charity and compassion in action, finding opportunities to serve the needs of families facing financial or other problems right in their own communities. They are neighbors serving neighbors in the name of Christ.

They have made it to right in front of our store for the gas line replacement that’s been going on McColloch Street! We are open today you just have to access our street from National Road. Tomorrow May 8,2026 you will have to access from the other end (the long way around through the peninsula)
