Wheeling SleepOut This year's event will take place on Nov. 7 on the Market Street Plaza in Wheeling.

You can change the life of a youth facing homelessness by supporting the Wheeling SleepOut - a creative, unique fundraising event like no other in the Ohio Valley. The Wheeling SleepOut was created to find a new and fresh way to raise awareness and money to support the homeless youth that Youth Services System has tirelessly served for over 47 years.
