💜 BUILDING CONNECTIONS AND EXPERIENCING OUR COMMUNITY!

We have spent the past two months enjoying some special outings with LIFE HUB guests who are interested in participating!

☀️ In August, we spent time with our friends at the SMART Centre in Wheeling and visited our neighbors next door at West Virginia Independence Hall!

🎶 This past Saturday, some of our guests enjoyed a concert at Waterfront Hall and had a fantastic time!

🏒 Also this weekend, guests got to experience the excitement of a Wheeling Nailers hockey game!

These outings are about so much more than entertainment. They're about dignity, belonging, new experiences, and reminding every person that they are a valued part of our community especially as they wait for housing and employment opportunities.

💜 A HUGE THANK YOU to our dedicated staff who make these opportunities possible, our wonderful friends and neighbors throughout Wheeling, and the generous donors who continue to support our mission!

Every act of kindness matters. THANK YOU!

It’s not every day that an awesome fishing boat pulls up in front of the shelter. Shout out on a Saturday night to David and Trevor and the BASS Nation of West Virginia crew for stopping at the LIFE HUB to donate pizza. Thank you! The group is in Moundsville this weekend for a tournament. We hope the weather is good for you tomorrow. 🐟☀️
