PAPA scholarship Foundation is a charitable tax exempt 501 c 3 organization. It’s purpose is to provide scholarships to Illinois residents attending post secondary education in an aviation related field such as flight training, aircraft mechanics school etc at an Illinois institution. Scholarship applications are available on the website. Applications are due in May, with the awards given at the Chicago Executive Pilots Association member appreciation picnic in July.
