Today was a big day for me. It was the first day of my new job. I am working as a instructional aide at Carlynton High School. This y is the first time I have been back to work in 11 years. I have gotten hear thru the thought, prayers and support of all my friends and family. It is ironic that this is also my buiggest fan's birthday. Love and miss you dad. Happy Heavenly birthday.

I want to thank everyone who came out yesterday for the Poker Run. It was good to see old friends and met new ones. I especially would like to thank the Roughnecks Motor Cycle Club. You guys did a great job organizing and running it. Thank you.

August 6th Don Weisal Benefit Poker Run
August 6th
Registration starts 10:30 at Valley Harley Davidson in Traidelphia(Highlands)
First bike out 11:30am Last bike out Noon
20$ per bike and 10$ per passenger
Ends at the Elm Grove Eagles approximately 5Pm
Food, Drinks , music Chinese Auction and 50/50 at the end of the run. Eagle members are invited to the end of the run activities for a 10$ donation.
Cash prize for high hand and low hand

I have had several people ask for shirts from the softball game. Sadly, I have run out of them. However, I am going to put a order in at the end of October. I just heard from the Wheeling Rec department. All games at 470 have been canceled. So we are going with the back up plan. Everything will be move to the basement of the El Grove Eagles at 5:30. The address is 2153 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003. Everyone is welcome to come and eat and socialize. We will have the 50/50, Chinese Auction and Sponsor signs there. Enter at the side door and go down the steps. I might even break out the old APBA baseball table game, just to have a game.
