GLINTS exists to accelerate the global advance of the Gospel by deploying global staff, empowering in partner ministries worldwide, equipping the local church to send out their own and to provide humanitarian care during times of crisis and emergency. WHAT GLINTS DOES
The vision to accelerate the global advance of
the Gospel is accomplished in three ways:
deploying global staff, building capacity in
partner ministries worldwide and equipping the
local church to send their own to mission fields
across the globe. GLINTS seeks to shorten the time from
appointment to deployment of its global staff by
streamlining the process and applying best
practices in discovering, developing and
deploying God’s people for cross-cultural
ministry. BUILDING CAPACITY
We partner with like-minded organizations (link
to partner ministries page) based overseas to
help them grow and expand their ministries
locally or globally. Not only does GLINTS
represent these organizations but also send
workers to partner ministries worldwide. EQUIPPING CHURCHES
For so long local churches have outsourced
their Great Commission responsibility of
challenging and sending their people to go and
make disciples of nations. We help equip local
churches to send their own missionaries to the

INNOVATIVE PLACEMENT OF STAFF
Life experience and professional expertise are but a couple of ways to determine future ministry role
and placement. Determining one’s calling to a geographical location is investigated thoroughly. RESILIENCE TESTING
Through assessment, candidates for long-term global staff positions undergo personality and
intercultural competency tests, and are checked in their aptitude/teachability in web-based technology. TARGETED FIELD ASSIGNMENTS
GLINTS forges partnerships between its global staff and already-established organizations in different
parts of the world for staff placement. RAPID TURNAROUND
GLINTS seeks to speed up the process from initial recruitment to deployment by streamlining
procedures. CUSTOMIZED FINANCIAL SUPPORT
GLINTS staffers are given the freedom to choose medical insurance carriers and retirement plans. Budgets are formulated according to global staff members’ needs.
