We are happy to report that this semester, we were able to support 10 different students with needs ranging from eye glasses to hygiene items, shoes, and sports physicals. Thank you to all who have donated to make this possible.

However, there are many more needs that have been requested. If you are interested in knowing more about the Care to Learn - Wheaton program, see the brochure below. Your generosity can help us meet these needs of more students just like the ones we have helped this semester! Please consider giving! If you have any questions, contact Mr. Cavness, Wheaton High School Principal, at [email protected] or Mrs. McFall, Wheaton Elementary Principal, at [email protected].

The elementary will be starting two new things next week.

1. Students can bring in gently used or new coats to be donated to our Care to Learn Closet. Please see the picture below for details.

2. Starting on Friday, November 19th, students will now be able to wear hats in the building if they donate .50 cents. They will give the .50 cents to their teacher and we will donate all proceeds to our Care to Learn chapter. This is for Fridays ONLY.

Care to Learn donations go towards purchasing items for students with needs that fall under health, hunger, and hygiene. A few things our Care to Learn chapter has been able to provide so far are, glasses, shoes, shirts, pants, toothbrushes, shampoo, deodorant, physicals, and much more.

We appreciate all the support our community gives to our school and our Care to Learn chapter.

If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Jordan McFall at [email protected]. or 417-652-7240.
