What. A. Season.
REBUILT has proved to be a monumental season for our team.

At the Minuteman District Event, we went 6–8 and were honored to be selected to the Third Alliance. Even more exciting, we earned the Engineering Inspiration Award, recognizing our impact in growing respect for engineering in our community.

At the URI District Event at the University of Rhode Island, we faced a tough 2–10 qualification run, but never gave up. We were picked by the #1 Alliance alongside 1768 (Nashoba Robotics) and 5687 (The Outliers)… and went on to win the event! 🏆 We also set the District High Score (and held it for a day!).

Now, SCRAP is heading to the New England District Championships, with a potential shot at the FIRST World Championships... and we need your help to get there.

If you’re able to support our journey, please consider donating to our Pledge to Inspire campaign. Every dollar helps us continue inspiring the next generation of innovators.

SCRAP Robotics invites your support to attend our second SCRAPBowl fundraiser at American Flatbread Somerville. This event presents an opportunity to celebrate the start of a new year with bowling, savor local cuisine, and contribute to a worthy cause. Additionally, participants who knock over our designated pink headpin in a strike may be eligible for a prize.

Come meet our robots and have some delicious pizza!

Had an awesome day at at Gillette Stadium! 🏟️💪 We learned how the trades and STEM education work hand in hand with FRC 5962, FRC 1153, and FRC 5735 — and even got to have former Patriots player Rob Ninkovich drive our robot, Jalapeño! 🤖🔥

Heads up! The official NE Schedule is out.

We don’t want summer to be over, but we ARE looking forward to the official FRC season in New England!

We are hosting 12 FRC REBUILT district qualifiers this year, with more events scheduled for Weeks 2 and 4. With a relatively late Kickoff date of January 10, 2026, the entire competition season is pushed back by a week. Week 1 doesn’t start in February (or right after) next year!

🧭 Week 1: Pine Tree (Falmouth, ME), Minuteman (Billerica, MA)
🧭 Week 2: Granite State (Bedford, NH), WNEU (Springfield, MA), North Shore (Reading, MA)
🧭 Week 3: URI (Kingston, RI), Waterbury (CT)
🧭 Week 4: Hartford (CT), Greater Boston (Revere, MA), UNH (Durham, NH)
🧭 Week 5: UVM (Burlington, VT) + WPI (Worcester, MA)
🧭 Week 7: New England District Championship (The Big E, West Springfield, MA)

In addition to bringing back North Shore, we are returning to Bedford, NH, for the first time since 2019, and we have a brand new venue in Billerica, MA. We also return to Falmouth, ME, but since it’s the only qualifier in Maine, it will be called Pine Tree 🌲

Enjoy the “week off” before DCMP at The Big E (we know you’ll be working hard on robots and event prep!) 🦾
