We had a great day yesterday talking about “Collaboration Through a Time of Growth” in a special panel discussion with our Wetumpka team at the Stand-Up Rural America Regional Forum.

The panel included City of Wetumpka representatives Lynn Weldon, Director of Economic Development, Andrew Stieb, Director of Tourism and Communications, Haley Greene, Executive Director of Main Street Wetumpka, and Vanessa Royal, Executive Director of the Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce.

The conversation focused on the power of working together to support smart growth, strengthen local businesses, and preserve what makes Wetumpka so special.

It was such a fun and energizing time connecting, sharing ideas, and having meaningful conversations about where we’ve been and where we’re headed.

Grateful to be part of a team that truly believes in working together to move our community forward. 💙

🎉✂️ Ribbon Cutting Celebration at TJ Maxx Wetumpka! ✂️🎉

Today was a wonderful day in Wetumpka as we officially welcomed TJ Maxx to our community with a ribbon cutting celebration!

We are so grateful they chose Wetumpka as their newest location. Their investment brings new jobs energy to our local economy, and we look forward to seeing them thrive and become a part of the fabric of our community.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, and a special thank you to the TJ Maxx team for believing in Wetumpka. We’re proud to have you here! ❤️

What a wonderful week it’s been at the Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce!! March was an amazing month and April is off to a fantastic start!!

Wetumpka is on 🔥 with ribbon cuttings almost weekly, events to grow your business, build relationships and increase visibility in the community, and lots of opportunities to enjoy this beautiful place we get to live and work in!!

We are thankful for the great working relationship we have with our WACC Members, Main Street Wetumpka, City of Wetumpka and community. We are all better together ❤️👏🙌
