Wetumpka Rotary The Wetumpka Rotary has been a vital asset in the Wetumpka Community since 1938. Our club is a proud member of Rotary District 6880.

Rotary is the world's first service club formed on 23 February 1905 by Paul P. Harris, an attorney who wished to capture in a professional club the same friendly spirit he had felt in the small towns of his youth. The Rotary name derived from the early practice of rotating meetings among members' offices. With 32,000 clubs in over 200 countries and with 1.2 million members, Rotarians world-wide work daily to achieve the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self.”

It's a wrap for Year #6 for our Deputy Bart Hart Memorial Scholarship Pancake Breakfast! So many thanks to Murray Simpson & Must Stop Cafe for allowing us to have this event at his great restaurant, to Charlotte Hart and her wonderful friends who helped, to our fellow Wetumpka Rotarians, to all of our Sponsors, and to all who bought tickets and enjoyed a great breakfast this morning to help raise money for what we think is a great cause! And please don't forget to give a prayer and thanks to Bart who spent a career making our Community a safer and better place.

HELP US AS A SPONSOR

Want to help us help our young people get a step-up as they move from high school to higher endeavors?

On Sat, 6 June 2026, the Wetumpka Rotary will host our annual Bart Hart Memorial Scholarship Pancake Breakfast. The funds raised from this event will continue to provide academic scholarships to graduating seniors from Elmore County High School that are children of First Responders or going into a First Responder field.

So how can YOU help? Show your support as a SPONSOR for our event to help us send even MORE money to the Scholarship Fund.

Sponsorships are just $200! Of course, if you would like to add to that amount it will be gratefully accepted.
