Throwback Thursday for

Over the last decade, we've celebrated ribbon cuttings, festivals, volunteer projects, business openings, and countless moments that brought our community together.

Some faces have changed. New businesses have opened their doors. Historic buildings have found new life. Downtown has grown and evolved in ways many of us could only imagine 10 years ago.

Through it all, one thing has remained constant: the people who never stopped believing in downtown Wetumpka.

We're incredibly grateful for the community members, business owners, property owners, volunteers, and supporters who have cheered us on, rolled up their sleeves, attended events, shared ideas, and invested in our vision. Many of you have experienced every chapter of downtown's story, from the challenges to the celebrations, and your support has helped make this transformation possible.

Thank you for believing in downtown Wetumpka then, now, and for the future still to come.

The "Let Freedom Ring" Exhibit is on display now at The Kelly Fitzpatrick Center for the Arts. All we can say is WOW at the talent! This entire exhibit is filled with extremely talented local artists. The Kelly makes for the perfect rainy day/week activity. Go visit them to see these amazing works of art for yourself.
