The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Communications and Public Relations Specialist – General Option. This career involves communications, public relations, and marketing work. To qualify, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, English, or a related field and two years of experience. The Supreme Court of Alabama is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Deputy Marshal/Alabama Judicial Building. Applications for this position will be accepted until July 10, 2026. The selected applicant will perform highly responsible professional law enforcement work assisting the Marshal of the Alabama Appellate Courts in providing security and protection for the justices and judges of the Alabama Appellate Courts, as well as the Alabama Judicial Building. Applicants must have a high school diploma and at least five years of law enforcement experience, and have graduated from an accredited Police Academy. Additional qualifications apply. RETIREMENT BENEFITS
Employees who complete 20 years of service with the District and accrue 25 years in the State Retirement System may retain insurance at the current rate upon retirement.
