September is a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind ourselves that mental health matters. It’s also an opportunity to check in with ourselves and the people around us, especially when stress, exhaustion, and burnout begin to take a toll.

Access to technology opens doors to education, employment, healthcare, and so much more. Thanks to ARPA funding, the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) and the Connecticut State Library are launching Laptop ConneCT—a program that provides long-term laptop loans and related accessories to eligible Connecticut residents through participating public libraries.

You may qualify if you:
✅ Are 18 years or older
✅ Have a valid library card (your local library can help you get one!)
✅ Participate in one of these assistance programs:
• SNAP
• CEAP
• LIHEAP
• Medicare
• HUSKY Health (Medicaid/CHIP)
