Access to technology opens doors to education, employment, healthcare, and so much more. Thanks to ARPA funding, the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) and the Connecticut State Library are launching Laptop ConneCT—a program that provides long-term laptop loans and related accessories to eligible Connecticut residents through participating public libraries.

You may qualify if you:
✅ Are 18 years or older
✅ Have a valid library card (your local library can help you get one!)
✅ Participate in one of these assistance programs:
• SNAP
• CEAP
• LIHEAP
• Medicare
• HUSKY Health (Medicaid/CHIP)
