It’s that time again!! We had our tonight! Some agility, hurdles, water jug relay and our torch run. Only thing missing was commentary by which would have been perfect!

May and early June have been full of activity! We played musical fitness to music, the medicine ball came out to play, and we played (tried) fitness tic tac toe, lots of running and walking and even tried out the new trail! Thank you ladies it’s been a great spring, looking forward to summer ☀️☀️
