I have tried to get the Hartford Courant evidence of what is now over 21 years of complex litigation involving my notorious bona-fide Housing Authority of the City of aka HUD Public Housing Authority Et Al government corruption whistle blower activity. I have physically gone to the Hartford Courant, sent hundreds of emails and follow up phone calls asking for you to publish an investigative journalism story that you and every other main stream media source discriminately refuses to do. This is in violation of the First Amendment and it is evidence of co-conspiracy to criminally deprive me of equal protection under the color of law. The Hartford Courant, Republican American, the Register Citizen/Hearst media are three of the media outlets named in the Federal 42 USC 1983/Bivins False Claims Act Whistle blower Retaliation Criminal Deprivation of Equal Protection under the color of law with multiple causes of action that include conspiracy and anti-trust against the BAR, Public employee unions AND Main Stream media as well as CT Public Broadcast Station out of Optimum/Altice Channel 5 in Torrington. I am my own necessary investigative journalist who has published over 800 face book page notes with many copies of emails sent to and from well over 100 established public servants, elected reps and private entities involved in over 21 years of the political spiritual hate crime I define as work place violence/work place bullying that weaponized law enforcement and entire judicial/political machinery against me since 2010- present. I continue to seek a CT and Federal Grand Jury investigation as I have on public record beginning 2012 in multiple motions filed in CT Superior, Appellate and Supreme Court with active cases documenting evidence of three motions in the file for the Court and/or State Attorney to apply for a CT Grand Jury investigation and to re-open and transfer every Civil and Criminal case with Mary Bagnaschi as defendant or plaintiff, with or without an attorney, from 2010 - present. All of the Executive Branch Administrative Procedure Act Discrimination, Whistle blower, ADA, Worker's Comp, Ethics, Criminal complaints I filed that includes Insurance fraud will be re-opened and transferred to a CT Grand Jury investigation as the evidence will prove beyond all reasonable doubt that from as early as 2003 - present I have reported civil and criminal complaints to all relevant and involved city, county, state, federal government officials/elected reps whose only response has been relentless criminal retaliation and ongoing discrimination. This off the cuff interview that I gave in front of the Hartford Courant in 2013 at a one day International Occupy Main Stream Media event summarizes what is now over 22 years of ongoing complex litigation stemming from my notorious, bona-fide CT HUD Public Housing Authority of the City of Torrington, Et Al government corruption, fraud, waste and abuse whistle blower activity.
