Yesterday, Shannon and Scott visited NFA to catch one of the final lunch services of the year at the student-run Brickview Restaurant! 🍽️
We were treated to Sebastian Melendez’s custom menu, featuring incredible chicken enchilada soup, chicken tacos, fresh chips with guacamole, and more.
Everything was absolutely fantastic! The menu changes with every single service, giving each student a unique opportunity to debut their own culinary creations.
We also had the pleasure of speaking with Laura Sczyzgiel about the incredible ProStart program and the future of culinary and hospitality education. 🎓✨
